refactor(mind-test-harness): 拆分 harness.ts 为 harness/ 模块目录
...
将 1205 行的单文件 harness.ts 按职责拆为 14 个模块（contract、errors、
events、floaters、media、messages、page、reading、runtime、styles、
upload、validators、websocket），index.ts 统一导出，harness-server.ts
同步更新 import 路径。

v7-to-v8 preserve upgrade paths
- rewrite server directory tree to match current sources and fold test/
listing; note dev-entry role and buyer-fact modules
- update chrome-extension baseline: node:test runner is declared
